How is the monthly total worked out?
For a rental, the rent; for a sale, the mortgage instalment from the deposit, term and rate you choose. Building fees and an estimate of the bills by net area go on top. All figures are examples.
How accurate are the commute times?
They are average times by public transport in the evening rush hour. On a real site we'd pull them live from a map service.
What does EİDS verification mean?
EİDS is Türkiye's Electronic Listing Verification System. It shows the listing was published with the owner's approval through e-Devlet, the government portal. We don't publish unverified listings.
What is your fee?
It never goes above the caps in Türkiye's Regulation on Real Estate Trading, and it is agreed in writing before any deal. Viewings are free.
